Adopts hydraulic station, control box, operation panel and pneumatic brake system. It could lift the web paper to specific place.Paper bearing arm can be moved from both sides, making movements more stable. Hydraulic station adopts eternal oil pump,which is convenient for maintenance.2. Includes 4 auto splicer, tension control system, electric control system, pneumatic control system, paper guiding rolls etc.Auto splicer could splice new paper roll automatically when last paper roll used up. During the splicing, the production speed won't slow down. It could save paper and human resource. It also adopts touch screen, high quality pneumatic components, and advanced operating system, enhance it's easy to operate. 3. Movable paper bearing devices includes movable paper bearing devices and rails.The railmade by 160mm channel steel and steel plate is 4 meters. The paper bearing device moves on round steel rail,which avoids being stuck by debris and can reduce labor intensity.4. The bridge conveyor transfer the web to heating section.This part includes beam(made by 160mm channel steel),column(made by 160mm square tube),splicers, manual adjusting devices and guide rolls.5.Heatingsection(Electric heating) includes 4 electric heating cylinders (diameter-600mm, length-1700mm), 8paper guiding rolls(diameter 125mm, length 1700mm), 4 temperature monitors, 4 brakes, etc. Each cylinders' temperature could be controlled independently. Each cylinder could be uninstalled independently, which facilitates maintenance.6. Web-Guide Station includes 4 auto para position machines, 4 detection devices, 4 rectification devices, frame and 16 guide rolls, etc. The machine adopts photoelectric sensor auto-para position system. 7. Gluing section includes 3 coated devices, 3 transmission mechanisms, 3 glue applyingdevices, 3 paperliftingdeviceswhich could lift web automatically while machine shut down, fixed beam,guide rollsetc. The upper glue-applying roll is cot(diameter-175mm)and the spreading roll is embossing steel roll(diameter-165mm). The 3 sealing devices can work independently at different speeds.Rotary part adopts wear-resistant sets, which makes maintenance more convenient and reduces maintenance costs. 8. Bonding sectionincludes rolls, transmission devices, pneumatic actuator, wall panels, fixed beam and safety protection devices.Upper roll diameter is 420mm, roll length is 1700mm. The rolls are steel roll(pneumatic pressure adjustable, bothsidespressure can be adjusted individually). Motor capacity is 7.5 kw.10. Heating section adopts electric heating, and consists 20 sets guide rolls(diameter-105mm,roll length-1700mm), pressure rollers,19 electric heating devices etc. The heating section is controlled by 4 temperature controllers, with which you could adjust temperature at will.11. Cooling sectionconsists of 15 sets guide rolls and 4 set cooling fans. Twelve fans cool the paper from up and down side at the same time. Rollers are driven by sprocket chains and pneumatic device.12. Slitting sectionconsists of pulling section and slitting section.The pulling section have two main rollers. The upper roller is φ420 mm rubber roller; its surface is coated with 15mm rubber. The knives can work independently. 13. Sheet cutting part consists of cutting section, conveying section, electric control systems etc. Cutting precision is ±1.0mm. Cutting length is 450mm-9999mm. Maximum cutting thick is 4.0mm.14. The stacker consists of conveyor, paper positioner, auto paper counting device, drive system and electric system.
